Refund Policy

At LuuxeBox, we want you to love your purchase absolutely. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

 Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, some items (such as undergarments or final-sale items) may not be eligible for return. This will always be noted at checkout.

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by Email.
  •  Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10

business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Exchanges

  • Love the item, but need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange if the item is in stock.
  • If unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost.

 How to Start a Return

  1. Please email us at support@luuxebox.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
  3. Please package your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

 International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please note that LuuxeBox may not cover return shipping for international orders.
